Author Submission Guidelines

Please read all guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript

📤 Online Submission

Authors are requested to submit manuscripts electronically through our online submission portal. The submission process is straightforward and includes the following steps:

  1. Register or log in to the Journal India Publication portal.
  2. Select the target journal from the journal list.
  3. Fill in all required author and manuscript information accurately.
  4. Upload the manuscript file in DOC, DOCX, or PDF format (max 20 MB).
  5. Upload supplementary files if applicable.
  6. Submit and save your submission ID for tracking.
Note: Ensure your submission is complete before submitting. Incomplete submissions may be returned without review.

📄 Manuscript Preparation

General Format

  • File Format: MS Word (.doc / .docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12pt
  • Line Spacing: 1.5 or Double spacing
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Page Limit: Typically 8–20 pages (varies by journal)

Manuscript Structure

  • Title: Concise, informative, 15 words max.
  • Author Details: Full name, affiliation, ORCID (if available), corresponding author email.
  • Abstract: 150–250 words, structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion).
  • Keywords: 4–8 keywords.
  • Introduction: Context, problem statement, and objectives.
  • Literature Review: Background and related work.
  • Methodology: Research design and methods.
  • Results & Discussion: Findings with analysis.
  • Conclusion: Summary and implications.
  • References: APA 7th edition format.

Tables & Figures

Tables and figures must be numbered sequentially, have descriptive titles/captions, and be placed within the text where referenced.

🔍 Plagiarism Policy

Journal India Publication has a strict zero-tolerance policy on plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts are checked using advanced plagiarism detection software.

Acceptable Similarity ≤ 15%
Minor Revision Required 16–25%
Rejection > 25%

Self-plagiarism (recycling one's own previously published work) is also considered a violation and will result in rejection.

👥 Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process:

Initial Screening

Editorial team checks for scope, format, and plagiarism (2–3 days).

Reviewer Assignment

Minimum 2 expert reviewers assigned (blind to author identity).

Review Period

Reviewers evaluate and provide detailed feedback (2–4 weeks).

Editorial Decision

Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject communicated to authors.

Revision & Re-review

Revised manuscripts re-reviewed if needed.

Final Decision & Publication

Accepted manuscripts move to production.

JIP follows the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines. We expect authors, reviewers, and editors to uphold the highest ethical standards.

Author Responsibilities

  • Report accurate and honest data; no fabrication or falsification.
  • Properly acknowledge all sources and avoid plagiarism.
  • Disclose all conflicts of interest.
  • List only those who have made significant contributions as co-authors.

Reviewer Responsibilities

  • Provide objective, constructive reviews within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.
  • Declare any conflicts of interest.
