Publication Ethics
Journal India Publication follows the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines. Authors, reviewers, and editors are all expected to uphold the highest standards of research and publication ethics. Research misconduct, including fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism, will result in immediate rejection and potential reporting to institutions.
Plagiarism Policy
All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using industry-standard detection tools. Acceptable similarity is ≤ 15%. Manuscripts exceeding 25% similarity will be rejected without review. Authors are responsible for proper attribution of all sources, including their own previously published work (self-plagiarism).
Copyright Policy
Authors retain copyright to their published work. By submitting, authors grant Journal India Publication the right to publish, distribute, and archive the article under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license. Third-party material must be properly licensed before inclusion.
Open Access Policy
Journal India Publication follows a Gold Open Access model. All published articles are freely available online without subscription. Open access promotes wider dissemination of research. A publication processing charge (APC) of ₹2,000 applies to accepted articles.
Privacy Policy
Information provided by authors, reviewers, and readers is used solely for publication-related purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent. Reviewer identities are kept strictly confidential in the double-blind review process.
Retraction & Correction Policy
JIP is committed to maintaining the integrity of the published record. Retractions, corrections, or expressions of concern are issued in accordance with COPE guidelines when research misconduct, data errors, or honest mistakes are identified post-publication. Retraction notices are linked to the original article and fully explained.
